SALMON FILLETS.

Here is a recipe that you and your kids will love! My 5 and 1 year old enjoy very much and it is full of protein!

SALMON FILLETS, BROWN RICE AND ASPARAGUS.

Ingredients:

4 Salmon Fillets or Steel head Trout
1/2 yellow onion
1 tbsp of Cajun Creole seasoning
2 Medium sized lemons

Slice the onion and lemons in half inch slices.
Season Salmon or Trout with Cajun Creole Seasoning on both sides.

  1. On a skillet spray with non-stick cooking spray and place each slice (separated) of the onion with a slice of lemon in the middle.
  2. Place Fish Fillet on top of the layer of onions and lemons.
  3. Cover fish with the rest of the onion slices and lemon slices.
  4. Let cook at med-low heat covered.

Enjoy!!!

You can serve it with steamed rice and steamed asparagus. Here is a picture of ours.
