Here is an easy to make recipe for breakfast that will keep you energized and satisfied.
INGREDIENTS:*
(serves 2)
2 Cactus Leafs (Nopales) without spikes. You can buy them clean at your local supermarket. Cut into 1/4 inch squares.
1/3 of a white onion cut into 1/4 inch squares.
1/4 of a teaspoon of minced garlic.
1 teaspoon of Olive Oil.
3 eggs beaten.
PREPARATION:
In a medium sized skillet heat olive oil for about 3 minutes.
Add minced garlic, onions, cactus leaf's and sautee.
When onions are tender and cactus is a darker shade of green add beaten eggs and mix.
Cook well combining ingredients.
Serve hot and enjoy! |
