It's the last Monday of the year and we are very excited because we have some changes coming for 2012. As you know we love sharing recipes with you and menu ideas for the week, however we have decided to post not a complete menu for the week starting January. Instead we will be posting one new recipe per week on Monday's, one that we have tried the week before. This way you will be able to decide what meal you will prepare for your family.
