The San Diego Zoo is transformed into a winter wonderland for the holiday season and have several activities such as a nightly tree-lighting ceremony, lighted animal figures, bell ringers. Take a stroll through candy cane lane.

OCEANSIDE PARADE OF LIGHTS

Decorated yachts, kayaks and sail boats parade along Oceanside Harbor. Insider's tip: make sure to wear warm clothing as it gets colder around the bay.

SAN DIEGO BAY PARADE OF LIGHTS
San Diego Bay
The 40th annual parade kicks off with a fireworks show at 5:30 p.m. and continues with sail boats, yachts and kayaks parading along the bay decorated for the holidays. Insider's tip: Best place to enjoy the parade is at Seaport Village enjoying a snack ;) bundle up and wear warm clothing.
