Since mid June I have been cinching my waistline and losing weight.

I have lost a total of 14.5 Inches and 13.1 lbs! Going from a size 20 in jeans to a size 16!!



I am still a work in progress and can't wait to continue to lose weight and inches, I am feeling happy and full of energy and most importantly healthy!

  21. I need to start exercising and I need to give up fried food. I turned 38 this year and for my 40th birthday I want to run a marathon so this sounds like a good supplement to get me there.

  22. I was in a weight loss challenge this past May/June, but with vacations and such, I need to start eating healthier again and get with the program!! Ive been pretty good with the working out part... so this Cinch Starter Kit would help me with the eatting healthier part!! ;) You're doing a marvolous job!! Keep it up!!! :D

  25. I'm willing to do just about ANYTHING at this point. I have lost some weight recently via exercise and minding what I eat, but I've hit a plateau and need a little something to get over that hump. This would be great!!
