I'm ready to start my weight loss program and lose weight naturally. I'm ready at the start line, ready to reach my very personal goals. Ready to wear my 'trophy' dress or pants.

Here is what I look like now.
I wanted to share with you the 'real' me, 'real' as in what I hide beneath those loose tops. Believe me this was not as easy as it looks.
At my stance, at this very moment I weigh:
231.0 lbs
My measurements today are:
ARM: 16.5 INCHES
BUST: 45 INCHES
THIGH: 32 INCHES
HIPS: 53.5 INCHES
WAIST: 46.5 INCHES
Current BMI {Body Mass Index} = 43.6

DeleteGood luck! I'm still working on getting my baby fat off. Not easy since I love food, but if you persist and let yourself indulge a little every once in a while you can make it work. I hope you reach your goals!

I am reaching my goals one step at a time, for now I've reached one of them: not being in denial and accepting I need to lose the weight. ;) Now on to the next goal start losing some weight and inches... ;)

DeleteMaribel,hace 13 años me pinche 3 nervios y me pase meses santada o acostada sin hacer nada y comiendo, cuando me mude para TX en el 2000,ya estaba en 325 con 5"3 no podia seguir asi por mi hija asi que me hice el proposito de bajar y dejar de fumar,tenia 50 años,en ese tiempo se me murio mi papa,solo eramos mi hija,el y yo.Me agarro una depresion trenmenda y creia que mi vida ya no tenia porque hacer nada por ella,pero por mi hija decidi hacer algo sin dietas(porque ni al Dr fui)me puse a caminar con mi perrita y hoy estoy en 190,que no lo pesaba desde mis 40,ANIMO CORAZON,yo cumplo 70 en Octubre y no me dejo caer,tu eres de la edad de mi hija y ella juega deportes ¿puedes entrar en algun grupo del parque local y jugar algo?eso te ayudaria mas que las dietas,esas son un YOYO...hoy bajashoy bajas mañana sube,pero si la acompañas con caminar y deportes,veras que diferencia...SUERTE!
