1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

Fresh chopped Cilantro, using Mezzaluna knife |
PREPARATION:
1.- Place a medium sized skillet on medium heat, roughly about 2 minutes. Meanwhile rinse shrimp under cool water.
2.- Add butter, garlic and onion to the skillet and saute for 1 minute. Add shrimp and mix all ingredients frequently as if stir frying.
3.- Add cilantro and continue to cook on medium to low heat, shrimp should turn pink when thoroughly cooked. Shrimp is ready to enjoy after about 8 minutes.
*Serve with a key lime wedge to squeeze the juice on the shrimp to give it an extra kick!
Buen Provecho! (Bon apetit!)
You can enjoy this dish with a side of the Mexican Rice recipe you have previously posted and a garden salad. These 2 sides are the perfect combination for the Shrimp!
