INGREDIENTS:

1 Large Red Tomato
1 Medium yellow Onion
1/2 Cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 Tsp of powdered chicken bouillon

1/2 Tsp of minced garlic
3 -4 cups of water
Salt to taste

PREPARATION:

1.- Cut Onion into quarters. Wash tomato and chiles. Pat dry chiles and on a cutting board roll with your finger tips each chili for about 20 seconds each (this is to get the chiles juices flowing and making easier to core).

2.- Add the water to a medium size stockpot and place on medium heat on the stove, then add tomato, onion, chiles and cilantro. Let simmer until tomato's peel is cracking.
