Refried Beans {recipe}







INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Cooked beans
1/4 Cup of bean water {the water in which you cooked the beans}


PREPARATION:

1.- Place a medium sized skillet on medium heat with olive oil.

2.- Add 3 cups of cooked beans including 1/4 cup of water from the beans. Saute in the Olive oil.

3.- Use a hand held blender and "blend" all the beans in the skillet, this will turn them into some sort of "paste". If you don't have a hand held blender then use a potato smasher.
